2026 Daihatsu Hijet HD Dump – brand new and built for hard use – It comes with only a few delivery miles, straight from the factory and ready to help you with your work around your farm or other large off-road property. It combines a fully enclosed steel cab with a reinforced heavy-duty dump bed designed for serious hauling and tipping. On the other hand, its compact size makes it easy to maneuver through tight access points like farm gates, narrow tracks, and busy work sites, while still delivering far more capability (and 2 x the fuel economy) than a typical work UTV.
Heavy-duty dump box with easy access and lighting – The HD steel dump bed is built with reinforced panels and vertical supports to handle shifting loads without flexing. Both side gates fold down for easy access when loading, and the rear gravity gate swings clear automatically during dumping. A rear-mounted LED work lamp keeps the bed visible in low light, so you can keep working through early starts and late finishes without guessing what you’re doing.
Electro-hydraulic lift for controlled tipping – The electro-hydraulic dump mechanism uses an electrically powered hydraulic piston to raise the bed to around 50 degrees, giving you a clean, complete discharge of material. Or, you can control how it raises, allowing you to do things like slowly spreading feed in your fields as you drive.
4×4 traction with locking rear differential when you need it – The full-time 4×4 system keeps traction consistent across mud, gravel, and loose ground, and when things get more difficult, the rear locking differential helps keep both rear wheels pulling together boosting your forward momentum instead of getting stuck.
